It is best to prepare with veggies like Ash gourd, Bottle gourd, Mangalore cucumber (Oora southe), Mangalore brinjal (Gulla). It is healthier than the normal koddelu since it does not use toor dal and uses little coconut.  

moolangi (Radish) koddelu

The reason I have separately mentioned Radish sambar separately is that, the recipe is slightly different to the normal sambar or koddelu.

yam koddelu

The reason I have posted this recipe separate to normal koddelu, is there is a slight difference to the masala and goes very well with Yam.
