This dosa is for vegetarians and does not contain egg. Hope you like it!
- Maida/Plain flour – 2 cups
- Rice Flour – 1 cup
- Tomato chopped – 2
- Onion chopped – 1
- Coriander leaves chopped – 5 Tbsp
- Green chillies chopped – 3
- Tumeric – a pinch
Mix both the flours and salt. Slowly add water to it and keep stirring without forming lumps. Dont make the batter too thin.
Now add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Heat tawa and take a big scoop of batter and spread on the tawa. Cover with the lid for the dosa to cook. Once the dosa is cooked, sprinkle ghee and flip it around so that the other side gets roasted well.
Enjoy this dosa with honey and/or pickle
