This is a variation of regular Neer Dose. If you are looking at hiding veggies in your Dose, make Cucumber Dose.
- Dosa Rice – 2cups
- Coconut – 5Tbsp
- Cucumber – 1(Medium Size)
Wash Dosa rice very well until the water runs clear. Soak Dosa rice overnight and grind with all other ingredients next morning. Add salt as required.
Heat tawa and spread the batter like neer dosa. Enjoy the dosa with coconut chutney.
