This dose can be made during Ekadasi or any other fast, or generally for elders who dont prefer rice dosa for breakfast
- Rawa (any rawa) – 2 cups
- Curry leaves – 1 strand
- Green chillies – 3
- Jeera – 2Tbsp
Soak rawa with water for an hour. If the rawa has soaked up all water, just add the rawa to a mixy jar. If there is excess water, discard the same.
Add all other ingredients to the mixy jar and grind to a fine batter. Add salt to taste.
Heat tawa and spread the batter on it like normal dosa. Cover lid and let it cook.
Once cooked, apply ghee on it and flip it around so that the other side is also cooked well.
Enjoy this dosa with pickle of thokku.
